We have one precision casting plant, one sand casting plant and one machining workshop (including common machining, CNC machining and machining center ). We mainly process casting, machining and surface treatment according to customer’s drawings until the finished production.
Our sand casting plant can produce kinds of gray iron and ductile iron products with a monthly output beyond 600 tons, by adopting advanced techniques of clay sand, resin sand and using general and mechanical moulding machine in molding and electric furnace for smelting. Our precision casting plant can produce kinds of carbon steel, alloy steel and stainless steel products with an output exceeding 150 tons per month. Besides, we have common machining and CNC machining workshops and surface treatment workshops, such as workshops for paint coating, spraying, cathode electrophoresis and etc.
